mould walls no hot water
the lack of hot water throughout the entire weekend was quite annoying. i sent a text about it, but nothing changed, i couldn't even shower properly! also, there was some mould on the walls, not great. the place definitely needs some attention. it was quite disappointing.

convenient location straightforward access warm room
i found the location quite convenient since it is close to king's cross. accessing the building was straightforward. the room was warm and very comfortable. it made my trip much easier
the towels provided had some visible stains on them i think this can be improved for a better experience it is essential to ensure that all linens appear clean and fresh

thin walls unbearable noise
the location was fine, close to transportation and some shops were nearby.
my room faced an inner courtyard, and the noise was UNBEARABLE. slamming doors and loud conversations echoed late into the night and started early in the morning. the thin walls offered NO soundproofing at all, so sleep was impossible to achieve.
